The Practice was founded back in 1985 by Mac Kotecha, bringing with him a handful of clients from the West-End practice he was previously a partner at. As client numbers grew, in 1986 the practice relocated to larger premises at Finchley Central where we are still located today.
In 1994, Anil Kotecha (no relation!) joined as partner bringing with him expertise and knowledge from non dental fields, allowing Mac to focus on dentists. This has enabled Anil to focus and grow the general side of the practice with his attention to detail, keen interest in tax and easy, unassuming way of explaining complicated issues to clients.
Mac’s daughter, Priya, joined the firm in 2000 as a green trainee chartered accountant, qualifying in 2004 and working up to becoming a partner in 2010.
Both Mac and Priya look after dentists, leaving Anil to take care of a wide range of other clients, but more specifically his niche areas: Medical professionals, IT consultants, Graphic Designers, Optometrists and pharmacists.
Since 1985, the number and range of clients we look after has grown but we take great pride in still offering the same level of highly personalised service to clients. We are, after all, a small firm so recognise the importance of this. Anil is very hand-on and pragmatic, ensuring the very best for his clients. See what some of his clients say about him.
